wedding 6'th of aug

the latest news is that little bro is tying the knot at the beginning of aug, not at the end. anyone know which city it will be in? oh yeah.. little bro claims the reason he doesn't post on nerdy is because he forgot his PW. maybe he should just create a new account?

ok, he left me a message asking if i could be there, and THEN he leaves his call back number as the parents. i call them, they were surprised to hear from me, especially as a call back number for dave (apparently he was visiting) and i wrenched out of the dallery overseers that it'll be in good old college town at central church, or villiage, or somewhere in there.

so, i spent 2 hours talking to dad about his inventory/parts/ customer management softare he wrote in a few months and now he's got 100k a month going through it. MAYBE in august he'll actually lift up the skirt and show it to me, finally. ( - he keeps promising me the file so i can help him refine it. and yes, the .mdb has struck again.).

I talked to dad last night as well, and had a very similar conversion, except from mine I learned nothing of where the dallery was to be given, but that dad was thinking of getting a street bike (for all you peddle monsters out there, I mean a kind with an engine)

dads been sick for 3 days.

What on earth is "dallery"? Even dictionary.com has no idea what you two are talking about. Is this some tragic misunderstanding of "dowry"?

uhh... yeah, dallery is 'twin' for dowry. sorry we forgot to clue you in there =). I wouldn't expect dictionary .com to have my dielect.

i'm with keith, we knew what we were talking about. but i'm glad to see there is a more 'correct' form of spelling that helps others understand.
