great find. I even like the example

Adding an event is as easy as typing “Dinner with Keith tomorrow at 8pm”

if it syncs with outlook, i'll be using it. I always wonder when I'm a few minutes late to work if i'm missing an early meeting. If this works I'll check the google calander and then sleep a few more minutes.

I heard about this in the context of a possible church calendar. I'm not sure if it will work for us, but it's an interesting idea.

I just know we need to have something better than what we've got, because there are at least four different "schedules" floating around (tech crew, greeters, musicians for X1, and musicians for X2). It would be a huge benefit to have them all on one calendar, and for those of us who perform several roles (I'm on three of those schedules) to know what's going on. :)

If I put it on my calander at work I can set a reminder for whatever time in advance and it pages me... you could setup a macro to do a sms message to your phone for a reminder.

i'd thought of the SMS message to the phone thing, but I can't figure out how to set it up in outlook with out a $30 macro. any suggestions? the thing needs to be smart enough to send me the title of the meeting in sms, not just a generic reminder.
