Convergence

step 1: order something on-line from a company in new york and select ups 3 day shipping.
step 2: order something on-line from a company in memphis, tn and select ups 3 day shipping.
step 3: watch where they converge..... in my case they converged in louisville, ky where they boarded a plane for seattle, wa and are now on their way to sparks, nv.

Interesting exercise in postal service expediancy. It does cost money to test this, but if you order online stuff I guess it's cool. Have you ever tried to do something similiar with the Reno post office people?

wow, there is some targted spam comment. that or a very energetic canidate. i'm impressed.

so, these 'items', they would not fit a picure caputuring device, would they?

targeted spam comments.... it is funny that you were impressed by it because it actually made me dislike the guy. the whole "have you have tried to do something similiar with the reno post office people?" shows that he didn't really think about what he was saying. the post office doesn't track as much as ups and they definately don't track within reno.

and yes the items do pertain to an image capturing device. =)

it may be targeted spam, but scott kelleys little thing at graffiti-tagger is actually entertaining, and if its true he's an 11 year vet with paratroopers at 29, i'm totally impressed.

his story of 'wovo' ended up with a gunfight and the guy getting caught. do to the proximity of this prolific tagger to where scott resides, i question where he lives around here. it sounds like a rough neighborhood.

oh yeah... one more thing. Sarah mentioned it awhile ago about how when odd people post on nerdy tales we jump on them. I'd like to point out how we haven't moved beyond this behavior. unless its obvious spam.. which i'm not sure this one was... maybe we should cut em a little more slack.

jumping on them is our perogative. this is our own PRIVATE public forum. duh.

as private as a public access blog anyway, but I see your point

this behavior shouldn't surprise you that much as some of you are known to jump on people offline as well, even if they have validity... nothing new to the block.

we don't jump on people.... some people just mis-intrepret our enthusiasm for debate =).
