how about a WYSIWYG web editor that supports cut and paste from other editrs that is open source and lives in javascript? check out tinymce. i haven't figured out how to get my edited content to save, but thats because I'm a moron. at least one of you guys should fnd this useful.

sarah showed that to me about a year ago. I myself am partial to fckeditor.
there is a demo on their site. you'll need something like asp processed on the server for a medium sized app, but if your wiki can save with pure javascript to a local machine, you may harvest the guts there.
