filezilla ftp server.

if you guys need a nicely equiped ftp server (and client that i've not tried out yet), are sick of putting up with IIS's 'native FTP' limitations, and have not found another solution:
FileZilla may be your rescue. it's got some fancy accounts mangement, homefolder/ refernece folder stuff, and some fancy encryption plust fxp attack blocking.

I think i'll start using it.

bt is great for leeching stuff. but ftp is more practical for me when i need to remote my machine and sync files.

thats true, for diverse, low volume transfers, FTP would be better.

after spending HOURS in IIS on an ISA server without good results, this baby was up and running in 10 minutes - fully configured with WAY more features then is built into IIS. I should have started here.
