No chance you could hit it with a wrist rocket... the thing can be at 500m and still take good pictures... that's like 1/4 mile. You need a decent rifle with a scope to hit something like that. More than likely you'd never know it was there, the noise is 65dB at 3m. At 50m outside you wouldn't even hear it. Best advice, wear a hat and don't look up, change appearances as you move through crowded zones. If you haven't read the Borne identity books (not the movies) they talk a fair amount about avoiding "people" in urban areas.
