I was watching Alien Incursion and saw a GPS coordinate. using coord converter and google maps with coordinates I think this is near Eugene OR. lets see how the movie plays out to see if i'm right.

the movie never said, but it appeared to be reasonable to the geography and terrain of central oregon.
Just a note that Eugene OR is not considered Central OR. Madras, Terrebonne, Redmond, Bend, La Pine, Tumalo, Sisters, etc etc is Central OR.
And from the clip from the movie, that's not the terrain of Central OR, unless you're in the mountains headed to the western side of OR. Central OR is characterized by it's juniper trees, sagebrush, and dry desert climate.

sure...
looks like most hilly areas in western OR.
