It can do some do some cool stuff like 10fps at full res and 30fps at 2MP... The great thing about big image sensors is they create big files. These need good sized DRAM buffers and and large amounts of NAND flash.. hmmmm... wonder why Micron is making bigger and bigger sensors??? For my part I work on low power "mobile" DRAM with "Endure IC (tm)" technology. Yep, some of it does end up in various cameras.
