Yep, crazy people have always been around :).
There were a lot of innovative designs in there, I like the race with the midgets getting in the carts behind the tandems... that's just creative.
i liked that part too. I was trying to figure out if the cart jockeys were getting a stamp, or picking a ticket up or what. looked like crazy fun.
