at the end of this article it said that the guy who is being sent to jail wrote a book that has been banned because it is fradulent commercial speech.
considering the average intelligence of americans and the blurring between lines of entertainment, commercials, and opinions of public figures, is it justified to ban a book? how far should the government go in saving people from their own stupidity?
