well i broke it (the blog).
and i kinda fixed it.
i know the comments aren't as pretty as the old way of displaying them, but at least you can see the recent comments on the sidebar.

I really miss the recent post list on the side. hey.. maybe we can find a way to get this thing to feed RSS of recent comments?

anyone watch lost? i can't believe how much work has gone into the lostpedia. its just a show, and according to Caroline Edmunds it is staring to be not as good as heroes. hmmm.... i wonder if heroes is anygood. Kev.. by the way.. thanks for the jericho tip. it has potential.

yup... I still like contributing to nerdy tales, it to seems to have gone the way of lost (dieing) but I retain hope for a reply some day.

compression comparison

I was reading up on the 7-zip format (some say up to 4gig dictionary, some say 1) which appears to be pretty decent, but that doesn't hold a candle to the paq program (as tested on a source code compression). I'm going to have to read up on paq. hmm.. looks like it is for TEXT
