hyper engine

it looks like scientests are looking into a hyper engine. check it out. The basics are you setup a high magnetic field, fold space, where you slip into a different dimension where light can travel faster, and then you shut your engine off and pop back in current space time. I can't believe someone came up with this in the 50's!!! what a bunch of nuts.... i'm not holding my breath.
