'annoy'

http://news.com.com/... is one long url and quite concerning even if it's only half true.
apparently it may now be illegal to 'annoy' somone on the internet.
i wonder if i can use this in my defense? "you were TRYING to annoy me, I now feel annoyed, so YOU are to blame!"
